Can I have more tickets?
Tickets have been strictly allocated based on the size of each member. If you have additional people who would like to attend, please add their relevant details below the red line in the provided ticketing spreadsheets.
What if I really want to attend the conference?
We have set aside a limited number of tickets for purchase for the 2025 OMA Conference. These are available at an early bird rate of $399 and can be purchased here 2025 OMA Conference. We also encourage you to invite agency guests who are interested in attending the launch of MOVE.
Will there be any extra tickets for nominees or finalists?
Due to venue capacity limitations, the allocation must include member nominees. There will be no additional tickets available for nominees or finalists.
Do I need to contact OMA to find out about the waitlist?
No, if tickets become available, we will notify you.
Can I have an extension on the RSVP deadline?
Unfortunately, no. The RSVP deadline is strictly Tuesday, 1 April 2025, by 5:00 PM. Any tickets not confirmed by the deadline will be released and further requests go to the waitlist.
What if I can’t attend after registering?
If you are unable to attend, you may reallocate your ticket to another member within your organisation. If you are unable to do this, please contact us immediately, and we will reallocate the ticket to the waitlist. If we do not receive your update or you cannot fill the spot, we will reassign your tickets to the waitlist.
